The Student Congress is the primary entity for creating legislation that governs the student body, with the Student Congress Speaker serving as the chair of each session. Members participate in both the general body meetings and must take part in one of four committees. Each of the living communities elects representatives in the fall who become part of this body for the remainder of the school year.
Congress Meetings are held on alternate Mondays at 7:00pm in UU120 and meetings are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. At the beginning of every meeting, undergraduate students are invited to address the congress as a whole with any comment or concern.
