If you are looking to start a new student group on campus, please read the following directions carefully. Please stop by the SA office and ask the receptionist for an “Intent to Charter” form. After you have completed it, please leave it in the EVP’s mailbox and email firstname.lastname@example.org to let him know. The deadline to fill out an “Intent to Charter” form is October 2nd. After this deadline you will not be able to charter your group until the Spring semester. New charter packets are currently being issued for the Fall 2012 Semester for those students who have completed an “Intent to Charter” form and have spoken with the EVP in person. The deadline to receive a new group charter packet is Oct. 15th, 2012.You must speak with the EVP in person before Oct. 15th if you want to start a new group.
If you have already filled out a charter packet, it is currently being processed and you will be informed of further proceedings.
