				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Interested in running for B.U Council Representative?<br />
The BU Council is made up of 10 unpaid members, nine are appointed by the governor of New<br />
York, and the 10th, a student, is elected by his or her peers.</p>
<p>Send a letter of intent with your name, any undergraduate or graduate student intending to run<br />
for a position must submit a Letter of Intent to the Elections Committee no later than April 26,<br />
2013. Letters of Intent must be sent to Elections@binghamtonsa.org.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Judicial Board (J-Board) composes the Judicial Branch of the Student Association. With the new constitution, Judicial Board has greatly expanded powers and authorities. In addition to hearing all grievances, the J-Board will meet regularly to review legislation passed by the Student Assembly (renamed the Student Congress). The Board has the power to reject Congress legislation on constitutional grounds, and will act as a powerful partner in the SA&#8217;s government.</p>
