Jerry Toussaint
As President, I am the representative of every undergraduate student at Binghamton University extending to campus administrators, alumni, and the Binghamton community. My job is to ensure that the voice of the student body is heard. In addition, I oversee the activities of the SA Executive Board, serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the OCCT Blue Buses, and sit on the Board of Directors of Harpur’s Ferry. I work with the SA Congress, students, and various university officials to make positive, student-friendly changes on campus. Executive Vice President
The Executive Vice President oversees and advises over 300 student groups, clubs and community governments. The EVP office assists in all student group affairs, including recruitment of new members for groups, event planning, fundraising advice, email management, and leadership training. The office also helps students that wish to start new projects or new student groups through the process of becoming SA chartered. The Vice President for Programming (VPP) serves as the Chair of the Student Association Programming Board (SAPB). The SAPB serves as the primary programming arm of the Student Association. Its mission is to provide social, recreational, insightful, educational, and unique co‐curricular experiences to the students of Binghamton University.
