Number Copies Needed Information

This will be the total number of sheets (selected above) used for your order. If ordering coffee labels or cut sheets, please pay attention below to ensure you don't significantly over order.

- 1/4 or 1/2 sheets: a request for 100 copies with a finishing option of "1/4 cut" will result in 400 total quarter sheets.

- Coffee Labels: As there are 10 labels per sheet, a request for 100 copies will result in 1000 coffee labels being made.

Hold for proof?

For large or complex jobs, you may request a proof before SA Ink processes the full order. Please note, requesting a proof will require you to come into the office to review the first copy of the order before SA Ink personnel can complete the job. This will delay your production time accordingly.

If requesting a proof on a poster order we will print a 2 inch strip to best showcase the quality of your image.

If your order is complex or requires special description, please include that here to assist staff with processing your request.
SA INK recommends you submit files with resolutions (both pixels AND DPI) that at least match those recommended below, though it’s always better to be safe and exceed the resolution recommendation. We can always make image files smaller, but making small images larger is likely to add significant distortion/pixelation to the final product.
