Once every few weeks the Student Association sends an email to the entire undergraduate student body advertising various SA related events. This is only for announcements relating to the governance of the SA, not individual student group events, University announcements, or private entities. Submissions are only accepted when no better way to distribute such information exists. These guidelines exists to keep SA-Line short and relevant as well as to avoid duplicating alternative resources. Entities not eligible to use SA-Line are encouraged to instead use B-Line News or B-Engaged Calendar, both of which are available to many entities not eligible to use SA-Line. Many other marketing resources in various mediums also exist on campus.
